Order two creates as gifts on the 27th of November. Debited me for both.
Now claim the second does not exist.
Have received nothing and they have debited me for the second month with nothing received.
Customer Service is appalling. Very unhelpful and misleading.
KIWICO = Grinch that killed Christmas
Quick response regarding the lost shipment and promise to replace it. But still waiting to hear that a replacement has been shipped.

My problem was that I have not recieved my crate for april and I was wondering why. I ask and Jessica answered with the information they have on my package. And that was really helpful because then I could se the tracking information myself on ppxtrack.com. Then she explained that I should receive my crate by May 27th and if I don't receive it, I can contact them again and they can figure out why. She was really helpful and nice!! :) 5 out of 5 stars on the kiwico help center.
I reached out to customer service via instant message after receiving a crate in which a wooden item had splinters. The customer service rep offered to send a replacement for the item and offered a sincere apology. When I apprised him of a previous crate having a cracked wooden item and advised improved quality control, the rep offered to escalate the feedback which I appreciated.
I love the items and, more importantly, my son loves the items and can see us being KiwiCo subscribers for many, many years to come. Please continue to provide great customer service and fun, educational toys for learning, but again, QA could use some improvement.
My granddaughter had moved and her shipment was going to the wrong address. I had tried to update it but for some reason it didn’t work. The chat line on Kiwi helped fix that and get her the shipment she missed. Very satisfied with the whole process

I contacted customer service because a subscription crate did not contain the items listed in my account. Jessica said the correct items would be sent.
I had several questions about my account that I could not figure out. All of them were promptly answered.
We have 2 subscriptions, the craft one 14yrs for my 11 year old and the tinker one for my 9 year old.
What is in the boxes is great but not for the money. For what you're paying you would expect this at least fortnightly if not weekly. Dreadful value for money. Such a pity, I had such high expectations for this, I'm so pleased I only bought a 3 month subscription (surely repeat custom is in Kiwi's best interest). I will not be renewing it.

the crate I ordered for my Grandaughter in October, to start in December was never delivered. I tried tracking and the last I found was that iUPS tranferred it to USPS. no tracking number given. I chatted with your service and even the supervisor could not find the crate. It is being resent. I asked if there was a way to rush deliver it as her birthday is tomorrow. I was told no. This is unacceptable. This was a surprise gift a she has really been asking for it, not not an inexpensive gift either. 15 dollars in credit does not help. You tell me how to really fix this.
I wanted to switch lines and couldn't find how to do that. I let them know in the email what I wanted to do and it was done. Always great service and my daughter and nephew have loved this for years.
